Alan Outlaw is President of North America at TruRating. Alan has been working with Retailers and Hospitality providers over the past 25 years helping them with their store operations and technology decisions. He most recently was part of the Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions leadership team where he was VP of Commerce Technologies as well as VP of European Sales. He is now excited to be bringing the truth back to ratings with the team at TruRating. Prior to Toshiba, Alan came from IBM and worked with IBM in leadership roles across multiple functional areas including engineering, manufacturing and development roles, and building on that has moved into marketing, sales, and business management.
