Jay Nikolich is the division vice president of e-commerce at Pharmavite LLC, makers of Nature Made brand vitamins. A 16 year veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, Nikolich is responsible for developing the e-commerce and digital capabilities for the company’s portfolio of brands spanning from strategy to infrastructure based on current and emerging retail landscapes. He has extensive experience in channel and sales strategy development, large account management, training, marketing, and operations.

He has worked for leading companies including Black & Decker, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Reckitt Benckiser, Newell Rubbermaid, and Pharmavite, developing businesses in the Club, Food, Drug, Mass, and Department Specialty retail channels, specializing in Amazon.com. Jay been a speaker/panelist for both Nielsen and Kantaar and is passionate about bringing leadership, quality, and value to customers and coworkers in the fast paced and constantly changing CPG environment.

Nikolich is also a member of the Bell Wealth Management Group Board of Trustees, as well as a U.S. Advisory Board member of ENACTUS, a community of student, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better more sustainable world.
