Tom began his career at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample and Benton & Bowles, top tier Madison Avenue advertising agencies. It was here Tom developed strong packaged goods marketing and brand strategy skills working with Procter & Gamble, Kraft General Foods, Gillette and Richardson Vicks.
Tom has worked as a consultant in the restaurant and foodservice industries for over 30 years with clients that include McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, PepsiCo. Pilot Flying J and many others. Tom’s consulting work has focused on brand positioning, menu strategy and engineering and menuboard and path to purchase optimization.
