“Differentiate. Differentiate. Differentiate.” That’s Lazor’s mantra. Tim’s been helping Food Manufacturers, Convenience Stores and Convenience Distributors differentiate their food marketing since 1984. Founded in 2002, Lazor/Yost Convenience Marketing is the only retail marketing firm with BOTH Retail C-Store Marketing AND Convenience Distribution Marketing expertise.
Some highlights:
• Currently, Tim helps differentiate “Team Sledd” Convenience Distribution by introducing proprietary food concepts Curb Café and Etery to convenience store owners. Lazor/Yost also creates and implements unique marketing programs for convenience retailers.
• In 1999, he introduced the “Big Ugly” Cheeseburger Dog program for the Uni-Mart chain, a campaign still talked about today.
• From 1993-1999, Tim helped Sheetz grow from 100 to 300 stores, and hit their first $1 Billion sales mark. This growth was fueled through innovative marketing of the MTO food program.
• Lazor held management positions at Ketchum Advertising and HBM/Creamer Advertising, which had him marketing for H.J. Heinz, Nestle Foods, Taster’s Choice Coffee, Stouffer Foods, Chef Pierre Pies, and Hoss’s Steak & Sea Restaurants.
