Robert Appell is the Chief Product Officer of Applied Data Corporation (ADC). Robert has spent nearly two decades working with the world’s leading retailers to help improve their fresh food operations by developing, delivering, and supporting innovative technology solutions. Robert has a deep understanding of both the technical and business challenges associated with fresh food retailing and has spent his entire career working to improve fresh food product labeling, recipe management, production planning and inventory management.



Robert attended Florida State University where he studied Management Information Systems.
