Speaker Bio
Venkat Nandikolla has two decades of exceptional sales and leadership experience for technology companies in multiple geographies. He is currently the head of Digital Sales for Mindtree North America which is the largest horizontal accounting for 40 percent of the company’s revenues.

He has a history of successfully enabling transformational digital IT initiatives for clients across 4 pivots – a) creating customer experiences that drive personalized engagement & increase customer lifetime value, b) digitizing the value chain across systems of engagement & systems of record, c) developing “sense-and-respond” systems to make enterprises adaptive with data & insights and d) shaping new, innovative business models and partnerships.

He is also a thought leader in sales excellence and digital having mentored sales teams & budding leaders in executive leadership programs and being a speaker/contributor in events & digital forums. He has been extensively quoted in a recently published best seller “'Sell - The Art, the Science, the Witchcraft' by Subroto Bagchi who is India’s #1 business author.

Prior to his current role, he has led sales teams for CPG, Retail and Manufacturing Industries in Mindtree where he was responsible for incubating and growing these verticals in North America. After graduating from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) in Chennai, India with an Engineering degree, he started his career as a developer for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) building applications on legacy platforms like Mainframe. After obtaining an MBA from Xavier University, he moved on to sales and sales leadership roles for technology companies selling solutions & services across the value chain into CPG, Retail, Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.
