Larry has spent over 20 years creating experiences and serving consumers through the lens of health, fitness, sport, and technology. He currently serves as the Head of Retail & Assisted Channel Experiences leading Verizon's product management efforts for human-assisted and messaging experiences. Additionally, Larry serves as an executive sponsor of Verizon Consumer Group's diversity, equity, and inclusion taskforce DRIVE, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Design Museum Everywhere, a non-profit organization focused on bringing the transformative power of design to all. Previously Larry served as the Senior Director, Retail Concepts driving NIKE’s global efforts for its large-format retail concepts: Nike House of Innovation and Nike Rise. Prior to his work in Retail Concepts, Larry led Global Consumer Service Experience at NIKE focused on driving global service strategy and experience design across the dimensions of Social, Apps, Nike.com, Nike Experts and Membership. Before joining the Swoosh in 2015, he spent over a decade driving the phone sales and marketing business for Beachbody LLC on fitness and beauty brands such as P90X, Insanity, Shakeology, and Derm Exclusive. Prior to Beachbody, Larry spent 4 years, including 2 Championship seasons, with the WNBA Los Angeles Sparks in event marketing, promotions and entertainment. Larry has undergraduate work in general education at the University of Michigan, a B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. For fun, Larry enjoys playing strategy and role-playing games (Hearthstone, Civilization, Monopoly, Skyrim, et al.), salsa dancing, boxing and reading.
