Engagement is an emotional connection we have with what we do when given the opportunity of being the best of ourselves. When we are engaged, we have a sense of belonging, of being seen and this sense of wellbeing enables us to take our company to new heights. We are living difficult times in the world of pharmacy and a carrying lot of additional weight on our shoulders due to the pandemic. We need tools to help us get through.
