Max Beairsto, B.Sc.Pharm., MBA, CVA, is a pharmacist by background, a valuation analyst, business intermediary, and the president of EVCOR (Enterprise Valuators Corporation), a Canadian business valuation and boutique M&A firm that focuses on business valuation and sale advisory of small and mid-sized health-care companies. He is a past board member of RxA, and a current board member of the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy.
