In this session we will explore the importance of considering proper glucose monitoring as part of regular assessment of your patients with diabetes. We will review several real-life situations where simple and quick interventions resulted in dramatic changes in patient driven behavior that resulted in improved outcomes. We will also review how to quickly assess patient data to identify issues with glycemic control despite regular use of CGM technology. Proper assessment of patients with diabetes is not something that can be ignored in daily dispensing of medications, but it can be done more effectively without being overly time consuming.
