The last decade has seen a surge of industries being disrupted by innovative technology. With the new “Digital Age” enabling the emergence of new business and healthcare delivery models, pharmacists are in danger of being left behind unless they adapt. This session will explore the current state of pharmacy practice and what we can do today to engage our patients in seeing the value of pharmacist care.
