Why do so many pharmacists struggle with making clinical decisions, deferring instead to physicians rather than taking responsibility for drug therapy? In this session we will examine the struggle to make the call rather than pass the buck, and delve into how pharmacists can progress with the confidence and skill to make the clinical decisions necessary to move pharmacy into the future.
