Description
Pharmacogenomics testing can be a tremendous benefit in helping your patients achieve their therapy goals. An understanding of individual responses to specific drugs enables the development of personalized and tailored medication and dosage selections to deliver maximum results with minimum risk and side effects to the patient. We will review the basic pharmacogenomics principles and explore implementation experience from one of the world's first community pharmacy-directed pharmacogenomic clinics. We will also examine real-world case examples and address initial workflow barriers.
