Justin Falciola serves as the Chief Insights and Technology Officer for Papa John’s International, with accountability for analytics, IT, engineering, and information security. He joined Papa John’s in 2016 after leading Enterprise Integration and Information Architecture at Humana. Prior to Humana, Mr. Falciola held technology leadership positions in the financial services industry and has two decades of experience in building and leading high-performing digital, analytics and technology teams.
