Andy Fletcher currently leads Backcountry’s private label apparel business, overseeing design, development, production, and marketing of several brands. Prior to joining Backcountry, Andy led corporate strategy and business development for VF Corporation’s Sportswear Coalition. His career also spans roles at Nordstrom, in private equity, and in management consulting. Andy holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
