Lightning Lecture 1: Incorporating E-commerce into the Organization
Building out the organization's e-commerce expertise is a critical activity for all consumer goods companies and retailers. But aligning those capabilities with the organization's existing infrastructure is equally important — and often more difficult. Using his decades of experience integrating e-commerce into the enterprise, Devous will provide some clarity on what can be a very muddled issue.

Lightning Lecture 2: Delivering the Omnichannel Package and Message
Future success in an omnichannel marketplace requires manufacturers to develop compelling brand experiences across all channels. Those experiences begin with the product package (which now must be designed with the channel in mind), continue through a more complex array of logistics demands, and culminate in the critical need to deliver engaging, consistent messaging across an ever-expanding landscape of communication vehicles. This session will examine some of the biggest challenges brands  face as they address these needs and offer ideas on the strategies and tools they can use to achieve them.
