Danielle is a consultant to convenience and grocery retail and the former Vice
President of Retail Operations for Maverik, a convenience-store chain with nearly
400 locations across the intermountain west. She played an instrumental role in the
team that drove growth from 'Country Stores' at 260 stores/3200 employees to the
modern Maverik with Bonfire Grill ® fresh foodservice offering at 400 stores/6000
employees.
She is passionate about enabling and inspiring people to nail the most important
stuff. With her support and leadership, team Maverik established a nationally
recognized customer satisfaction culture, consistently earning a CSAT score of 84+
(retail sector 2021 avg was 75.5). 
Prior to joining Maverik, Danielle spent over 20 years focused on enterprise software
and laser imaging technology in a variety of international technical, sales and
marketing roles.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Science in Accountancy
from DePaul University, plus a Master of Business Administration from the University
of Utah. Her favorite adventures include trail running, snowboarding and
snowshoeing in Utah’s “greatest snow on earth”.
