Leah leads the Retail Media Practice at Inmar Intelligence, responsible for managing current retail media network partnerships as well as tasked with building the vision, framework and informing innovation planning to capture new partnerships.
Her key accomplishments include launching 4 new retail media partners in 2024 across multiple solutions including onsite media, traditional offsite media, social and a first of its kind offering sold in by Leah to Walmart Connect - Walmart Creator Extension. This is the use of Walmart data to fuel digital media offerings that feature creator content.
Leah’s experience in Retail Media was formed over 15 years of working at Triad Retail Media (Sales + Strategy Development), Keurig Dr Pepper (Shopper Marketing Lead) and Collective Bias (GTM Strategy Lead).
The combination of roles has created an expertise and unique perspective across the entire funnel from all points of view. From product inception to the retailer sell-in process to driving national scale and conversion, Leah has led strategy and implementation planning to impact all of these areas from all stakeholder seats.
