Kapoor oversees operations to ensure great experiences for our customers, shoppers and retail partners, including service line management and innovation, regional operations and customer service. He joins Shipt from Lyft, where as Vice President of Lyft Business, he led the company's transportation and software solutions focused on small businesses to large enterprises.
