Heather is part of the FoodStorm team, which provides Made-to-Order & Catering solutions at Instacart. Previously Vice President of US Sales at FoodStorm, Heather was responsible for the US business development strategy including new sales, customer relationships, marketing/PR and operations support. In her first year at FoodStorm, their team signed over 40 new customers, with half of them being retailers in the grocery industry.

Heather has spent her career in business development within the SaaS industry, working with companies to bring their manual operations online. Prior to FoodStorm, she worked as Vice President at PageUp, an Australian-based SaaS company offering human resources technology to US Higher Education institutions, and at Equifax within the enterprise solutions team.
