Brooke Niemiec is Elicit’s CMO and has represented the voice of the customer for Fortune 100 companies (including Boeing, Disney and JCPenney) for most of her 18-year career. She earned her MBA at the University of Southern California, and is an avid people watcher and question asker. Niemiec has been published in Fast Company, AdAge, CMO.com, and CRM magazine, and was recently named a member of the Direct Marketing News Hall of Femme.
