Jennifer Sepull is the former SVP and Chief Information Officer for Information Systems at USAA. USAA is a Fortune 500 financial technology company that does not rely on a brick & mortar business model. Rather, the company relies on digital technology to build trusted relationships and transactions with their members. Jennifer led the strategic direction and management of Information Technology across digital, design, banking, property & casualty, investment advisory, and member relationships.

Jennifer has worked in innovation and technology leadership for over 23 years. Prior to joining USAA, Jennifer was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, responsible for leading global enterprise-wide strategic direction for information technology. In addition, Jennifer was the Vice President and CIO, Information Systems Division of Honda Motor Co., Inc. for seven years.

Jennifer has been recognized with the following achievements: The Global CIO “Top 10 Breakaway Leaders Award” in 2010 and 2014; Automotive News’ “100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry in 2010; CIO Magazine’s “Top 100 CIO Innovation Organization Award” in 2012 and the “Digital Edge Award” in 2015.

Jennifer has a law degree. She also attended Cambridge University in England with a focus on international legal and business studies and earned a B.A. in criminal justice from Chapman University.
