Allison, EVP and general manager of EDGE Marketing, is a seasoned shopper marketer with almost 20 years dedicated to helping the CPG community build brands with retailers – the majority of her career being within the Advantage Marketing Partners network. Throughout her career, she and her teams have played a leadership role helping clients such as Unilever, Newell Rubbermaid, SC Johnson, Bayer Consumer Healthcare, Pinnacle Foods and Smithfield build and socialize their shopper marketing capabilities. Welker has been part of Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing Agencies for seven years running and was inducted in the inaugural class of the Path to Purchase Women of Excellence.
