As the Director of CPG, Dave Sommer helps some of the world's largest CPG brands develop their Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies in a mobile world. Prior to joining Facebook, he founded his own solution, Retail Media Link, which was later acquired by Group M/WPP. After five years building the CPG, Retail and Shopper Marketing practice for GroupM Sommer joined Facebook. His professional CPG experience also includes leading roles at Young & Rubicam, where he partnered with brands to develop integrated marketing plans that generate consumer excitement and drive sales growth. Despite his extensive professional experience, Sommer's true CPG knowledge stems from his hands-on experience buying everything a family with four children needs.
