John Morrow has extensive experience leading successful Global Business Process Improvements at Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. This includes Packaging Artwork Systems, Omni-Channel Marketing Systems, R&D/Product Development Systems, and Quality Assurance / GMP Compliance Systems.
Most recently, John was World-wide Director of Global Artwork Operations at Colgate-Palmolive where he led the successful implementation of process / software / organization improvements for Colgate’s Global Artwork Management Process including integration with the e-Commerce System. This resulted in a two-thirds reduction in Global Package Artwork Cycle Times.
John earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA in Marketing from Xavier University, studied Business Process Design at the MIT Sloan School for Management, and earned a Lean Six Sigma green belt. He has made presentations at several Packaging and E-Commerce conferences including the PACK 2017 Artwork Conference in New York, the E-PACK Summit for E-Commerce in Chicago, and the Packaging Innovation Programme in Frankfurt, Germany.
John “retired” from Colgate in April 2018 and has now started a consulting practice for business process improvements, with primary focus on Packaging Artwork Systems integrated with Omni-Channel Marketing Systems.
