Sean Wilson is Vice President of Store Experience Design for Best Buy Co. Inc.. In this role, he oversees both interior and exterior store design, architectural planning, and graphic services teams. This includes the innovative experience design of new and remodeled stores. He defines the continued innovative vision of the physical store environment for all domestic Best Buy locations. Sean’s goal is to create best-in-class store experiences that focus on the customer journey – experiences shaped by the voice of customers and employees.

Sean joined Best Buy in 1994 with leadership experience in Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing & Production Services, Commercial Sales, and Distribution. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Vice President for Store Design, Construction and Facilities at Best Buy Canada from 2014 – 2018. There he led the innovative design and deployment of new Experience store concept locations.
