JUDGING WILL TAKE PLACE IN TWO ROUNDS

ROUND 1 VIRTUAL JUDGING

- Thursday, July 30, 2020

During round 1, judges will virtually evaluate entries in multiple categories to determine how well they achieved program objectives and how well they executed the "4C's of Effective Marketing". These evalutations will be used to decide which entries will be recognized as finalists.

As a judge, you'll need to be available for a one-hour moderated session on Tuesday, July 28 at 11:00 AM EST to begin the process. After that, you'll be able to conduct the judging on your own time. We'll gather again on Thursday, July 30, to review some of the entries and provide additional comments. Throughout the judging process, you'll have access to a moderator who can answer any questions.

ROUND 2 VIRTUAL JUDGING

Tuesday, September 1, 2020

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (EST)

During Round 2 of judging, we’ll virtually review the selected Finalist from Round 1 to determine the Platinum award winner in each category. These scores will also decide the winner of the overall 2020 Best of the Times Award, which will be announced during a Virtual Awards Ceremony in October.  During the final round of judging, we’ll require judges to commit 2 hours to review the finalists and provide scores to determine these winners.

 

2020 Design of the Times Virtual Awards Ceremony

October 7, 2020 | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM (EST)

 

We invite all judges, sponsors and entrant companies to join us for the 2020 Virtual Awards Ceremony on October 7. During the ceremony, the Platinum winners in each category will be announced, along with the Best of the Times award recipient. In addition, attendees of the ceremony will be invited to vote for a 2020 Design of the Times “People’s Choice” award winner.
