Rachael Vegas is Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer of BJ’s Wholesale Club. Ms. Vegas joined the Company in 2021. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, Ecommerce Merchandising at H-E-B, where she was responsible for its ecommerce business as well as its in-store financial services and payments division and its retail media initiative. Before H-E-B, Ms. Vegas held various leadership positions at Brandless, Target and Delhaize Group. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.

Shipt’s Chief Operating Officer, Raj Kapoor, has robust experience in disruptive industries, with deep expertise in mobility and emerging technologies. Kapoor oversees operations to ensure great experiences for our customers, shoppers and retail partners, including service line management and innovation, regional operations and customer service. He joins Shipt from Lyft, where as Vice President of Lyft Business, he led the company's transportation and software solutions focused on small businesses to large enterprises.

Heather is part of the FoodStorm team, which provides Made-to-Order & Catering solutions at Instacart. Previously Vice President of US Sales at FoodStorm, Heather was responsible for the US business development strategy including new sales, customer relationships, marketing/PR and operations support. In her first year at FoodStorm, their team signed over 40 new customers, with half of them being retailers in the grocery industry. Heather has spent her career in business development within the SaaS industry, working with companies to bring their manual operations online. Prior to FoodStorm, she worked as Vice President at PageUp, an Australian-based SaaS company offering human resources technology to US Higher Education institutions, and at Equifax within the enterprise solutions team.
