Promotional Videos

Sponsorship includes:

• Your video will be played on a loop at 3 different locations at each event:
  • At registration
  • At Reception
  • At entrance to sessions and dinner, award ceremonies
• Videos will appear on a minimum of 3 monitors throughout the event at each location.
• Company logo on all promotional materials
• Company logo and description published on event website and app (if submitted within available timeframe.
