For more than 10 years, Keith has been a trusted advisor to global retailers and CPG companies including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, P&G, Unilever and Coca-Cola.
Prior to his role at Profitero, Keith was Vice President of the Advisory practice at RetailNet Group. Keith’s insights have been featured in the Financial Times and Forbes magazine among other publications, and he is a frequent speaker at retail, technology, and media conferences.
Joan Driggs is Managing Director of the Path to Purchase Institute, which serves the needs of its global member community of brand manufacturers, retailers, agencies and solution providers committed to supporting the shoppers’ path to purchase. Prior to joining the Path to Purchase Institute in 2017, Joan was Editorial Director of EnsembleIQ’s Progressive Grocer. Joan also served as Director of Research at Mintel, a global consumer and market research firm.
Richard leads General Mills’ ecommerce capability development for North America. His key responsibilities are base content management and developing the analytical roadmap. Prior to joining the eCommerce team three years ago, he held various positions at General Mills in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, and Marketing.
