Julie Levin brings 21 years of experience at Coca-Cola in both Foodservice & Retail. For the past four years, Julie has worked on the Foodservice Category Strategy & Innovation Team, leading the Foodservice Stages & Gates routines for dispensed innovation. In addition, she also leads dispensed Innovation for the Sparkling Category and previously led innovation for the Frozen category. She routinely presents, both internally and externally, to customers and communicates our vision of how we approach innovation and the current direction we are taking towards new products, packages & equipment for Coca-Cola’s Foodservice Business.
Prior to this role, Julie was on the Subway Global Account Team for 11 years as a Senior National Sales Executive. She gained tremendous experience working with this customer in a 100% franchised environment, across multiple bottler territories. Before that, she worked with many of our travel customers including hotels, airlines & cruise lines.
Julie lives in Atlanta and stays busy outside of work with her 3 children, Zachary, Hannah & Lexi. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Paaras joined The Kroger Co. in 2016 as head of talent development for 84.51°, where she led talent strategy, onboarding and development for the company’s analytics
division. Prior to that, Paaras served in leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Macy’s, U.S. Bank, Victoria’s Secret and Global Novations.
Paaras is a member of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden ambassador council, The Greater Cincinnati Foundation marketing committee, and serves on the board of directors for the YWCA and The Karen Wellington Foundation. Paaras was named one of Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 by the Cincinnati Business Courier, a YMCA Adult Achiever and YWCA Rising Star. She is also a member of The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change program (Class 6). In partnership with the Chamber, Paaras recently created Power Squad, a program that provides leadership development resources to women of color in the Greater Cincinnati area. Paaras earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University. Paaras lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Sean, daughter, Layla, and son, Elijah.
