Dan Stolarski has nearly 20 years of experience working with apparel brands, retailers and consumer goods companies on growth strategies, business turnarounds, operational improvements and supply chain transformations.
He has deep experience in virtually all aspects of the product lifecycle – merchandise strategy; assortment and line planning; product development and sourcing; supply chain planning (demand planning, supply planning, sales & operations planning and CPFR); inventory management; and omni-channel operations.

Dan has significant international experience and has worked with clients in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and North America.

Prior to 703 Advisors, Dan held various roles at The Boston Consulting Group, PRTM Management Consultants, Deloitte and Target Corporation. He received his MBA and BA degrees from the University of Michigan and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Marleen Vogelaar is the founder and CEO of Ziel, which is an on-demand apparel manufacturing platform and retail service that creates customer apparel collections for brands and retailers so they can successfully sell quick rotating private label collections without investing in inventory. Previously she was co-founder of Shapeways, the world's leading 3D printing service and marketplace. In 2008, she and her co-founders launched Shapeways’ upload-to-3D-print service, and she’s scaled it to the current community of buyers and sellers for 3D designs with HQ in New York City and two other factories. Prior to Shapeways, Marleen was a Strategy and M&A consultant and was in operations management in the paper industry. Marleen is a former heptathlete and spends her spare time in the outdoors as much as possible.

Liyia Wu, a Parsons alumni, is the founder/CEO of Shopshops. After graduating from Sauder’s Business School of University of British Columbia with finance and accounting double majors, she worked in media and advertising in Beijing. In 2005, she fast-tracked Parsons fashion merchandising program to pursue her career in fashion. She worked as head merchandiser for the New York based fashion brand, Twinkle by Wenlan. In 2008, she founded Beijing’s first U.S designer boutique, introducing brands including Helmut Lang, Tory Burch, Loeffler Randall, and many others to Chinese consumers.
In Fall 2009, Wu launched her contemporary designer label, WO Squared, based in Beijing, where she designed the collection, oversaw four retail stores in Beijing and sold to more than 100 retailers across China and U.S, including Galeries Lafayette in Beijing and Harvey Nichole in Hong Kong. In 2016, Wu combined her extensive experience in the U.S. and China in wholesale and retail to pursue her vision for the future of retail.
